Has anyone dealt with this? Moving parent at end of life with advanced dementia to another facility? Pros and cons?

I was frustrated with some people at facility. We are way beyond that as of today.

I would not consider this if he is on Hospice. If its the Hospice you do not care for, you can call in another one. If Dad is on Medicaid, its going to really be hard to switch everything over to a new facility. Andvthen its getting him excepted.
I would leave well enough alone.

Here, facilities usually allow hospice to come in. Is that not an option? I would think that a move would be very hard on him.
