BP 153/85 P 83 has a sinus infection is in normal range?

Could be perfectly normal. Depends on the age of the patient. When there is infection, you need to know if temp is approaching fever. Also bear in mind that most antihistamines will raise BP. Check the throat and listen to the lungs. Call the MD Monday morning.
