What does it say on the court docket for scheduling?
Has hearing been posted, eg legal notice either in paper or to interested parties?
How was the guardian appointed? Court order or APS or is the person under psch review and hospitalized and cannot AMA themselves out?

mcarver, do you mean your brother is the executor? Guardianship only applies while the person is living.
