My grandpa is a little above 90, he is partially deaf which has accelerated his senility. He usually walks, eats and talks normally, even too espirited for his age.
Today he has been completely weak and mute. Threw up once, then urinated twice (he did not make it to the bathroom). he does not complain of pain but looks quite pale and does not focus when we talk to him.

Find Care & Housing
Check for fever. If he's running a temp you may want to take him to the emergency room.
