Grandma (87) who has Sundowner's and Lewy Body Dementia yells at me and thinks there's people in her basement. Any advice?

If this is new, her doctor may be able to help with meds adjustments or meds that help with hallucinations. Please get her some help if you can; the hallucinations are very real to them.

Another thing, maybe your Grandmother has an Urinary Tract Infection, that can cause her to be agitated. Have her primary doctor to a test for UTI, it's pretty simple test.
