My grandfather had a TIA yesterday and they are struggling to pay their bills, how can we get them assistance with income?

Call your Office of Aging. They maybe able to help with utilities and pointing you in the right direction.

Is your Grandfather a Veteran? They have aid and assistance for the elderly who needs care.
