I need a good bed which can adequately support a 350 pound man with serious hip and lower back arthritis. Suggestions?

I'm a vet who is 10% disabled and have serious hip and lower back arthritis. I need a good bed which can adequately support a 350 pound man. I also have a heavy wife. The springs poke up and cause me pain to sleep on my queen mattress set that has broken down.

Check out the 'Perfect Cloud' brand of mattresses on Amazon. The weight range is to 400 lbs. No springs! Also has a 25 year warranty. I have both the Perfect Cloud Atlas and the newer 10 inch deep model. Great beds and GREAT price!
