My sister is the Executor of my parents estate yet, she will have zero NO NONE, contact with me whatsoever, and I have done nothing to her. She is just a mean spirited person. Can I go to the courts and request a new Executor or how do I do this.

OK, she of course sides with my middle sis, because she knows the nicer she is she will get more? That is illegal, and it is very obvious that they are in this for the money. They had Christmas without me and my husband, yet, had xmas dinner with my mother and father and my husband and I showed up. Regardless, they expect us to live and breathe my parents and we are ready to lose our house, and they are 12 years older than I am.

I do more work, and the crappy work for my sisters. The one with the poa does nothing. They call me twice a week to see if I have visited mom. I have stopped answering my phone. I am no longer a servant, yet I love my parents, but why did they name per POA, because they felt sorry for her losing her husband, that is a crappy reason, knowing she won't speak to me one word.

My sister demanded that she be on their checking account, one day six years ago she drove them to their bank and demanded it, they are just as chicken as I am, now my mom is with alzheimer's and cannot sign for herself. I can get petition for an attorney to watch over her stuff.

Really, he is 87,. he is not out of it, he knows what is going on, but you know, just sweep it under the rug. Everything will be ok.

I am the medical POA and have yet to be able to make a decision without them piping in. They are older crabs, that is what they are. They have ruined my entire family life. I hate christmas, I have no family. I am a good woman, that does not deserve this. I went into caregiving, because part of me likes to see the normal parts that families do have. I enjoy being part of someone's life. I never dreamed this would happen to me. I worried about it because my first husband treated his mother this way and I was always very polite to her regardless, you just do not treat nice people mean (period).

An Executor is only good when your parents are deceased. If she has POA of financial medical then that is different.
Where are your parents? Do they live in this home?

she invites everyone but me and my husband over, we are the only non drinkers non smokers probably the boring ones, and invites my boys, hence i don't see my boys at christmas they are 25 and 30 and I think this is raw. my boys should be mature enough but money talks. i guess. my husband and I are just down to earth people and as they say the nice end up last.

no my parents have not passed yet, but she is sole person to do all of the bills everything, she can do basically anything with the money now, and get away with it. Can I not call for a guardian to look over everything she is doing. When they pass it is going to be a nightmare. I will be 1/3 owner of a 1.5 million home, and because of our age differences 9 years, i need the money, and the home unfortunately would be useless, that is where the issue will come in.

I assume your parents have past... Their will should stipulate how their estate should be divided. If you know the attorney who wrote up their will you should contact him/her and let them know what she is up to..
