Find Care & Housing
Majority of grown children do not get paid for taking care of their parent unless the parent has funds of their own to pay. If your Mom can pay you, you will need to set up an employment contract showing the number of hours each day, the hourly wage, and decide who will pay the payroll taxes. This employment contract is important in case in the future your Mom would need help from Medicaid.
