I get him to all Doctor appointments,go get his medicine ,get his food, pay his bills, wash his clothes,cook for him.

Joy, majority of siblings do not get paid for caring for their brother/sister, unless the brother/sister is financially able to pay from their own pocket. If a sibling can afford to pay you, the sibling might as well hire a certified trained caregiver… thus allowing you to keep or look for a full-time job.

If your sibling qualifies for Medicaid, the State might allow a trained Caregiver from an Agency to come in to help a couple hours a day. Check to see if your State has a "Cash and Counseling" program, it would be worth looking into.

Also, check with your local Council on Aging to see what programs they offer, such as an Aide coming to the house. https://www.agingcare.com/local/Area-Agency-on-Aging
