Is it possible to get back pay for having to take care of my elderly parents for over 25 years?

We lived in MA and took care of my parents for over 25 years , not aware there may have been help, they were both ill and needed a lot of care , we were not willing to send them away but rather take care of then at home, which the cost was very high.

lenemerdane, sorry you cannot get back pay for caring for your parents. What you needed to have done was make out an employment agreement with your parents when you first started. Then your parents would have paid you on a regular schedule, or the pay come from your parent's estate.
