spouse is 63, has severe bone deterioration in knees, feet and upper leg from osteoarthritis.has extreme difficulty walking, standing, loses balance and falls often.We are both retired, and get $1616 per month from social security. would like to get a motorized wheelchair but we can't afford it. any suggestions?
