She does not want to live with any of her daughters. She was living in assisted living and when I moved my sister made her come live with her. My sister is in charge of my mom's trust and will not allow any money for the assisted living if she leaves. My mom is paying her to live there.

I'm not sure I understand who you are referring to. Are you saying that your mom left assisted living to live with you and that now, her daughter (who is your sister) and who is in charge of her mom's trust, won't spend money on her behalf, unless she is in assisted living? Is that right? If not, please explain and also give more detail, since we can't get an idea of what the issue is.

My mom was in assisted living near me. When I moved out of state my sister who lived across town forced my mother to move in with her. She did not want to. My mom wants to move into an assisted living near me but my sister who is in charge of the trust will not release funds for an assisted living if she moves out of her house.

Is sounds like she is saying that her mother was in AL but the sister who has POA moved her in to her own house and is colleting money for her living there. The POA sister won't authorize payments to AL.

The sister is over the Trust but I am POA. But the sister over the Trust will not give money for the AL.  My sister is getting money for having mom live with her, as well she should it is a tough job but my mom doesn't want to live there.

Oh, I see. I wish I knew more about how Trusts work. I'd get a legal opinion from an Attorney in your mom's jurisdiction. Make sure they are specialist with Estates and Trusts.
