Are you getting $ from the Estates assets to be an Executor?
Like you are being paid the somewhat standard 3% - 5% executor fee on all debts paid? Or if it’s a big Estate with travel / foreign will stuff and you’ve gotten a draw?
If so, I’d clearly ask your probate atty IF it has to be filed to PC as annual distribution or if the distribution isn’t done till your closing out probate. Distribution should require you to submit a W-2 and should be reported in annual estate tax filing. Normally probate atty deals with these. The year(s) distribution done is when it will show up on IRS & state tax radar. Distribution has to be filed eventually....
When debts get paid, you as executor or the atty, should be doing some sort of regular correct for PC formatted filing at the CH on debts paid, with supporting documentation & notarized & order request sheet. Is this being done?

This is a question for Medicaid. Are you probating this estate now? If so, are you a benefiary? If this is a future thing, then it should not effect the application, but I would ask either way.
