Is it a reason to fire a caregiver for an elder when the caregiver dates a child of the elder?

Is she a good caregiver? If she is I'd hold off on firing her unless there's a contract that states she is not to socialize with the family while employed by them.

If the relationship goes sour she'll probably quit anyway.
