Finding a live in caregiver, any suggestions?

I see your LO has been in this type of arrangement for many years. I often wonder about the trade-off between aging in place because it feels "comfortable" but being socially isolated, versus transitioning into a good care community that has a continuum of care and much more social interaction? Now may be the right time to explore this option. My MIL is in a great place and, after a period of adjustment, is really enjoying the outings and relationships with others. She would never get to do any of that if she was receiving care in her only her home.
