We are living in Duluth, GA for more than one year.We are low income elders.We are living with an American family,hiring a small room in their apartment .This family is going to move next April ,2016 to Florida.After such date we become Homeless.

Ahmed180 you can look for resources under www.aging.gov. If you want to stay in GA, look under state services and then under Georgia. You'll find a long list of services for elders. Most of these links will have contact information so if you keep trying you'll find people to guide you.

Posting private information on this site is not allowed. You are not alone in needing affordable housing in Georgia. There is a waiting list for low income housing and low income rental vouchers. Free Housing doesn't exist unless you are seeking homeless shelters. Contact the Council on Aging in your community for guidance.

i met this elderly man the other day and he finds lower cost housing thru people at his church. good luck
