I have involuntary discharge of urine and I wear adult Diperies and need to get help with getting some, I'm indigent, and unable to pay for them, any help will be nice.
Contact the ASAP (Aging Services Access Point) in your area for eligibility, screening and information on homecare programs available to you. The federal government reimburses each state 50% of the cost of services provided through Waiver programs, and disposable undergarments can be included in personal care services that are provided to people who meet the clinical criteria of the program.

Hi Mike, any chance you would be willing to get back into the system? If you are a senior and/or a Vet there are agencies that can help you find affordable housing and perhaps apply for medicaid. Ask for help at a local shelter.
