all of the above, but dizziness and fainting is my #1 concern, my husband does not appearded to be too alarmed but he is concerned. though. i what needs to happen, just need maybe so guidance as to how to go about making the arrangements, his brother can go on about his own business. going in i do know that there are going to be challenges between myself and my husband hopefully not so to the point where we start taking it out on each other or worse.

Sounds like you need to have a meeting with care staff and rehab director to understand the health issues, prognosis, care and PT plan. I would also document and discuss your concerns of the brother with the facility. Do you have DPOA? Who is handling affairs during this time?

Many of us may find brother charging dad for outings repugnant, but if its nominal, and not gauging, maybe it can be overlooked. Is brother taking time off to do this? Think of it as paying a companion to provide outings and entertainment if others can't. If it makes you feel better, compromise and tell brother you will agree to $X/outing and X number of outings per month. Write it up and have everyone sign.
