I am on an unpaid leave from work to care for my mom, who will be facing chemo soon. I also have to pay my employer for my healthcare. I currently live with both my parents, but my dad has limited mobility due to his multiple back surgeries last year. I wanted to see if there was some financial help available to me to cover my healthcare & expenses

Find Care & Housing
You may want to double check with your employer or do a search on-line https://www.dol.gov/general/topic/benefits-leave/fmla, as it is my understanding that under FMLA your employer needs to still be paying for your health insurance.

Can your parent help since this is costing you being out of work? Also check with your employer, maybe the company has an Aflac type fund, when when one is on FMLA that the employee receives a smaller salary.

Try not to use up all your FMLA.... for myself I was glad I didn't touch that benefit to take care of my parents..... I had to use it for myself when I got cancer and needed the full 3 months.
