Does anyone know of a faith based in-home health care service?

That is reputable in Belleville Illinois that does testing and house work? My mom is in the hospital in Missouri with bronchitis and they said she is leaving in a week to come back to Illinois and go to rehab for breathing and her leg and hip. I was wondering does anyone know of a good faith based non profit home health care that does blood test therapy and only charges low private pay and I wish not to use her medicare because of red tape and bureaucracy?
