My father in law has been in assisted living for awhile and his health has been declining recently where he gets frequent UTIs due to a subpubic catheter. When he gets these UTIs he has to go into the hospital. This is really hard on him. It has been more frequent lately.  It seems ridiculous that the skilled nursing facility can't provide this for him and he has to go back and forth to the hospital. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
