for alcoholic in San Antonio,TX 77 yrs. old female w/COPD, admitted to hosp. in Sept. Sodium levels critical, disoriented & drinking excessively. Need to find a rehab to put her in for detox & help, 60 - 90 day program avail in San Antonio, Texas 78245 or nearby. She is unable to care for herself and lives alone.

rhmckennna, Seek emergency guardianship with an order for placement. Let the court evaluator sort it out.

Thank you for the information. No she is not in the hospital and she has not hit the bottom yet, just wanted to get my mother much needed help. She sleeps in urine and feces. Have a great day.

She is in the hospital now? Talk with the social worker there. If thie person does not want to vet help the facility will not take her.
