My elderly parents are being harassed by police and neighbors. Hate crimes being done, electronic harassment, as bugged house, phones, cars, monitor computer usage, even droned. Have searched and seized mail. Even keeping a Health bill I paid, for telling them what the police are doing. The chief has been contacted by the FBI 2 times, the DOJ, state representative, plus me and brother visited him, the deputy chief, a member of the police and fire commission they won't investigate anything being done to them. I recently went to a Aging and Disabled Resource center, and told them what was being done, she had a lady from Adult protected services to come in. Both said what is being done is criminal offense. Where do you go for help. Already tried legalaction.org, but won't help. Any suggestions? Elderly harassment is considered a form of abuse.
Please get some mental help for yourself and whomever also believes these things are happening.
Does she have a history of hallucinations?
Do you have proof of the activity that you are describing?
What reason would your neighbors have to do what you are accusing them of?
I don’t see how the police could take this seriously without proof.
No one will take this seriously without proof.
Do you own your home? Rent! Have a history of problems with your neighbors? Have you considered moving?
Have you contacted the WI Bureau of Investigation? It would be more in their jurisdiction than the FBI. However, you really should have some actual proof by having the house scanned for surveillance devices.
I think that i would be looking for a new place to live. Some neighbors are just creepy.
