Have to make copies of medical bills, medical reports etc. Need a easy set up WiFi home printer copier scanner that is easy for a senior to set up. Anybody have any recommendations? Technology can be confusing.

If you can do whatever reporting needed via sending scans and you have an iPad, I’d suggest you get the Adobe scan app. It’s free and simple to use.

if you do loads of scans, you might want to have different darker tone backgrounds to place your receipts, etc on. So deep blue paper gets pharmacy/ medications receipts/ bills; deep green gets living expenses receipts, etc. Just makes it easier to find.

Depends on the age of the Senior and how computer literate they are. I set mine up and I am 72. HP has an all in one. It scans, copies and faxes. I never set up the fax feature. Love it because it WiFi. No hooking it up to the computer. I have an app on my phone and can scan and copy from it. Love it.

Set up is easy. They prompt you all the way. Mine was about $100.

I think you might have issues finding a wireless printer that's easy for a senior to set up without help, since they would have to navigate the start up menu to select the wireless option at set up. Are you wanting the wireless part of it because you want to send the documents to it and have them print automatically?
