My Mother is 89 and has Dementia; my sister was elected as Guardian by a contested decision from the court; she only sees my Mother 2-3 days per month. Mom needs to see a doctor due to changes in her behavior and her medical information is a censored version from my sister; what can I/we do?

In addition to Glad's excellent questions, where does mom reside? Who is her caregiver?

What did the court order your sister to do? What reporting requirements are there? If this is a family feud the court may have only ordered reporting to the court. Then the question whether you can obtain the information through the court. If there is a question as to whether sis is acting properly in your mom's best interest, then you will need to file something with the court. If court finds a problem then may order a public guardian.
