Not over the long haul. If someone goes home from a hospital and needs some in-home nursing, that should be covered, but "custodial" care is not. You should check with Medicare for details, however. Try www.medicare.gov to see what is covered. It's fairly user friendly. Carol
It does look like Part A covers part time home care which is what my Mom would need. My Dad has help is morning with my Mom, but at 86 years old and a heart problem he could some additional help. Her condition is deteriorating with Alzhiemer and a stroke.
