Does a guardianship override this?

My brother has medical power of attorney and wishes to take full control of all my mothers affairs.
I have a financial power of attorney over my mother who is terminally ill. Does a guardianship override this?

Yes Guardianship trumps a POA, it is a court order signed by a Judge.
