Mom is 100 pounds. She was an exceptional dresser before her fall and brain injury. I'm looking for PETITE clothing that is easy to slip on for someone who has also lost overhead mobility. Maybe a zip front dress she can wear with leggings? She must have bright colors. So many criteria, I know.

Thank you for your suggestions! The Alfred Dunner pull-on pants and jeans look like they would work. I checked out the tops from Alfred Dunner and also Boscovs, but most require pulling on over the head which is difficult due to lack of shoulder mobility. I bet some people get creative and do some alterations at home with velcro or such!

I was able to find my tiny mom a nice sweatsuit at Boscovs today, but we will still have to hem the pants. Even with petite. My friends say to shop the children's section, but she is not going to want sparkly unicorns on her shirt.. LOL

My SIL used to shop in the boys section. Some things can be unisex. Size 14 I think fits someone who is a 7/8 or 9/10. Sizes now get up to size 20. Cheaper too.

Alfred Dunner has petite sizes. I buy my m-i-l the pants with elastic waist bands. Easy to wear and care for.

My mom was petite as well. I shopped the brand Alfred Dunner petites for mom at Macy’s. LL Bean has many pieces in petite sizes as well - elastic waist, over the head easy styles. Just my opinion.
