Not that mom needs it now, but I am starting to look at Elder Care Attorneys for the purpose of assisting in Medicaid and ensuring that the process goes smoothly and without incidence. I know what questions I want to ask and will be writing them down, but does anyone know if there is a list of questions that could be found online or questions they would recommend asking after selecting the right attorney? This would be New York State. Thank you all

Redroseman, on my first visit to the "Elder Law Attorney" she asked me a ton of questions which would have been questions I would have asked her anyway. There were so many things I never even thought about.

Scroll to the bottom of this page to the blue area.... click on ELDER LAW ATTORNEYS... within that section you will find a lot of information if you would feel more comfortable having a list to use to ask questions.
