My mother-in-law just received acknowledgement that she is eligible for benefits and now is freaking out about what information she needs to supply them and how she will find it!
And if she goes out and buys those expensive custom orthotic shoes or new dentures will they actually reimburse her (because she wouldn't buy them otherwise)?
Didn't the letter say who to contact? If not call your County VA dept. The rep will help you with any info.
