Does anyone know how NY hospice agencies are handling patients at end of life hospice?

This would be a question for the Social Worker at the facility he is at. Be aware, that if he can stay at the facility, Medicare does not pay for the facility, only the Hospice. If he goes on Medicaid, then the facility will be paid by them. With home hospice, the family is responsible for care. A Nurse sees him maybe 3x a week. Same with an aide to come and bathe or give a family member time to run errands. Family is responsible for the rest.
