I have tried some products I have seen for urine but so far they have not been the miraculous I am looking for. Thank you!

Would you be willing/able to try a respite week or two in a VERY nearby, high quality residential center that was appropriate to her cognitive level?

Sometimes the thing that we fear and resist most turns out to be an unexpected Blessing.

When we had major bowel accidents I used a Bissell little green machine to clean up the carpet and upholstery, then I sprayed the area with vinegar and used the LGM to suck up that too.

I think that urine that has soaked deep into upholstery or the carpet under pad and beyond to the sub floor is never going to be successfully eliminated, but soaking with nature's miracle pet stain and odour remover (or similar product) and then sucking up the solution with a a steam vac, green machine or a wet/dry shop vac should go a long way.

I have used white vinegar for decades, I actually buy 5 gallon pails of acetic acid to make my own because it is cheaper then buying. I like 10% for carpets and 20% for bathrooms. I use it in my laundry, on my floors, with dawn as a bathtub cleaner, on my windows, just everywhere actually.

It kills the enzymes that cause the odor.

I love my shark steam cleaner and bissell carpet shampooer. Some vinegar and hot water cleans and freshens nicely. It doesn't smell like vinegar after it dries.

Because this is an issue, there needs to be incontinence products used and a bathroom schedule implemented to cut down on the messes. It is far easier then cleaning up these messes.

Best if luck, this is my deal breaker.

Is she wearing a pullup like Depends or Always? If not, do that ASAP, whether she likes it or not.

Are you taking care of her alone? If so, please get yourself some assistance. Before you lose your mind.

I don't know about you, but problems like these, if they are consistent and unfixable, will land my mom in a nursing home verrrry quickly. I just can not stomach it.

Oh, and sorry, I can't even answer your question. My go to cleaner is white vinegar so I think it's worth a try. Has disinfecting properties too which is helpful in this department.
