Find Care & Housing
Contact your local social service or senior center to see if they have a free medical supply closet. If no luck, contact the next nearby town

What you want is a high riser. I would get one where the reg toilet seat and lid are taken off. You put the high riser on and then the seat and lid. A long screw goes thru all of them. Best one for support. You can also use a commode which u may find easier.

The back has a bar, take that off. Then slide the commode over toilet putting the seat up or take it off because the commode has its own seat. You will need a splashguard or take the bottom out of a bucket. Make sure the end of the splashguard is an inch or two into the toilet bowl. The legs can be adjusted for a comfortable height. You will have arms to help you up.

No. We don't. This is a Forum of caregivers. All we have is advice.
I would check with your local provider of medical equipment. Also ask the surgeon's office where you might best buy or rent this equipment.
Good luck with your surgery!

We are an international forum of Caregivers of elderly family. We do not have durable equipment. You could check with Red Cross. Maybe ur local firehouse. Rotary.
