Some delirium and paranoia

Lots more info is needed.
But I am going to go out on a limb here.
Dad needs Care, has a caregiver.
Mom does not like the caregiver taking care of her husband.
If this is the scenario I can understand.
Would I want another woman (I presume a female caregiver) getting that "intimate" with my husband? And by intimate I mean tending to his needs, cleaning him, helping him dress.....
Now typically delirium would not be part of this, paranoia maybe.
If I have the scenario right this should be discussed with the doctor there may be more going on here than "aggression to the other parents caretaker".

If I am off base with my take on this please explain and give more info.

Aggressive behavior often has to be calmed with medication. Consult the person’s doctor about this. Consider if the caregiver will continue, or even should, to work in what could be an unsafe environment. Perhaps an entirely new plan is needed for one or both parents
