When you find a solution you will be a wealthy person.
My Husband often leaked like a sieve.
I figured there were 2 things that caused this.
1. I would, as I fondly called it, reposition himself. (men and their toys 😱🤣)
2. Urine would find the path of least resistance and flow along skin folds and out bypassing the brief.
A few things I would do
Make sure I always had an absorbent pad under him
I would also put a pair of his old underwear on over the pull up brief then later the tab brief when he was more mobile. It kept the incontinence product in place better.
I always changed him at least every 2 hours. And before I changed him (about 30 minutes before) I would either recline him a bit or sit him up a bit. This changes the position and sometimes allows the bladder to more fully empty.
