Dental services?

Does anyone know of exceptions for Medicare to pay for dental services? They keep sending a bill, and I have left a message requesting information, but they never return the call. They are a vendor for the NH. The NH makes these bills but does not ask before hand about permission to schedule or make this expense. We have paid $$ for MIL expenses already.
