Can I deduct mileage on my taxes even though it's not for medical?

I travel 200 miles every other weekend to help my mom who is homebound. Can I deduct mileage on my taxes even though it's not for medical? I cook, do housework, laundry, grocery shopping, go to library and drug store, etc.

NOPE. Family obligations are not deductible.
