If your husband is a Veteran contact your local Veterans Assistance Commission and see what services he may qualify for. It might be a little help or a LOT. Your local Area Agency on Aging may also have information.
You could even check with a nearby Assisted Living / Memory Care facility and ask if they have support groups that are open to the public.
