Are these day care centers appropriate for people with terminal cancer?

If he is frail and unsteady, can self feed and toilet and is not bed bound, it may be a solution, if the point is to not have him be home alone all day, It is a good solution for a fall risk. I would get him a tablet and netflix and lots of books, I would want to have my own virtual universe, I bet at 62 he is mentally clear, unfortunately he is frail.

He's 62 and can self feed and toilet but he's frail and unsteady. I'm thinking these places would not be good for him.

I looked into one for my dad, they required that he could self toilet and self feed. They are good for companionship, but the one I looked into did not provide any sort of nursing assistance. Does your loved one mostly require companionship or do they need nursing assistance? Also, unless they are elderly, being in day care with mostly "spacy" old people would be pretty depressing.
