What happens to the husband when a daughter sues for guardianship and money of her mother with Alz?

That is a very interesting question. For most couples there is no "his" money and "her" money -- there is only "their" money. So, if Daughter got guardianship of Mom, what money does she have at her disposal for Mom's care? It would be interesting to hear from people who have seen similar cases.
