We have not been able to see my dad for years cuz of her and he she moved out of state now she's back. His wife is disabled mentally. My dad can not eat even move on his own she won't allow anyone to see him. Today we received a text from her telling us she's haveing a feeding tube put in or he will die. Now she told me my dad did not want and tubes at all. Plz anyone have advice.

Does wife have his power of attorney? You could file for emergency guardianship. Do you have copies of his documents? How long since any of the eight children have seen him? Maybe wife knows what he wants...

They just married recently and she became his heath care proxy I was there on Sunday to see him because on Saturday we tracked the house down where they were living. She told me that my dad did not want tubes at all to live that way but hospital said he will die without it. He does not talk or move himself at all anymore?
