I suspect most of us would like more information. Who hired you, the man or his son? Or did you just start helping out and things grew (perhaps more than you anticipated?) Are there resources from son or father to pay you with? Are you doing all meals or one a day? Laundry, cleaning? How often? Who buys the food? On the east coast, I was paying $15/hour just for a companion for my Mom -- if that is any help!
