I am ONLY suppose to be providing care for her husband. The agency owner knows that me and the other home health aides have been providing care for my client wife, when we are not suppose to be. The contract/care plan only states for him(my client)to be cared for,we are there for him,but we have been going out of our way to do things for the wife, like picking her up from the nursing home and taking her grocery shopping, taking her to doc. appts, cleaning her room and washing her laundry even though she's in the nursing home, and is not here at home with her husband. We are not getting paid for to care for her,and again we are suppose to be caring for the client ONLY. Is this legal? What do I need to do?
