My father, was 80 yrs.old when he took my mother for chemo for 30 days. He never said one word about It. It was just his birthday.

Richie, I think back then people were more private about their personal lives. I never knew my parents had/have cancer until years after the fact.... guess they didn't want to worry me, and I am ok with that.

Today's world we share everything because of social media, some times too much :P But I think it is great that we have this forum to help each other with suggestions and to let others know they are not alone. I know I had a few aha moments when it came to dealing with my aging parents.
