Approx. 375 per week. They cover just what my monthly expenses are and I handle all of their affairs. I do not do other work and have allowed them to move into my home. Do I need to claim this as income?

It depends on what the money is used for. Is the person living with you like a roommate? If so, then it should be handled as if she is paying part of the bills of the house. (Remember the old college days when we had roommates.) Is she at your house as a client? Then it should be handled as income. Tell us a little more about what you mean by expenses and someone may be able to help more.

They should be doing a payroll for you, with withholding and W-2 at the end of the year. Basically they are tenants and you are an employee. See a tax consultant.
