I have a 95 year uncle with no other family that was placed in a nursing/hospice. May have been lost or stolen he cannot remember who assisted him with the original but I was told I was the administrator of the will he remembers having it done at a senior assistance place on Zuni in Albqu. NM don't know how to access the original will to make his requested changes

any help as to the possible agency?

If he dies before he makes out a new will, everything goes before a Judge, who will appoint a fiduciary and contact all heirs.

jeannegibbs is right, and, actually you do NOT want to find the original will and try to change it by crossing things off or writing in the margins......that would simply invalidate the original will. You need to start FRESH with a whole NEW will and for that there is no need for the old one. Best wishes, and you are an asset to your uncle for helping him out with this.

Is Uncle mentally competent? Why doesn't he just make out a new will, superseding any of an earlier date? He doesn't need to find the original will to do that.
