My parents need help but I can't not take off work so I would like to know if I could get paid if I quit my job.

Majority of grown child do not get paid for caring for their parents, unless the parent can pay from their own pocket.

Now, some States will let Medicaid pay for a grown child or another relative to be in the home, but that would be minimum wage and probably only a few hours a week, not enough to live on or store away for your own retirement.

If your parents are able to pay you the same salary you are getting now, they might as well pay a professional caregiver and then that will let you continue to work at your job.
