Each situation is different. A urologist would be the expert on the case. My mom had a procedure that helped her for several years. Then a drug that helped her empty her bladder completely when she voided. Then there were pads and then depends and then depends with pads. Even though she had CHF and was on Lasix she never wet the bed or her clothes. She was very disciplined. Knew she needed to walk so would go to the bathroom every hour or so to move about and avoid problems. She had all the issues you have listed except diabetes. That’s a tough one. Her arthritis was gone by the time she had to deal with incontinence. Try the urologist. It helped her.
