I work as a door to door carer. Client is covid positive so I don't want to work with that client right now. Can I refuse to call him or not .because I talked to my company. It is said, that you cannot cancel any call unless you have a GP note. Leagal caregivers have a right to refuse to take care of any perticular client?
Is there a link where the government has written this so I can give it to them?

If you are working for an agency you have the right to refuse to work with ANY patient. That may mean, however, the agency will let you go.

What country are you in? This is global forum and we can't help you unless we have more information, so we know what government you are talking about.
